Everyone is welcome to join OSLC and help advance standards that enable data exchange between software lifecycle tools. The only requirement for participation is membership in OASIS, the international open standards consortium.
How to join
If you already participate in OASIS or are employed by an OASIS member organization, getting involved in OSLC is easy and will incur no additional dues.
If you are not currently an OASIS member, getting involved in OSLC is still easy. OASIS offers a range of membership dues and benefits to enable the broadest possible participation.
- If your employer is an OSLC Supporter...
You may personally participate in OSLC as a "Member" by notifying OASIS Member Services. As a participant in OSLC, you will receive email notifications of OSLC activities and become eligible to serve on the OSLC Steering Committee. You may also join OSLC Technical Committees as they are formed. - If your employer is an OASIS member but not already an OSLC Supporter...
Ask your Primary Representative to notify OASIS Member Services of your intention to become an OSLC Supporter. - If your employer is not currently an OASIS member ...
The first step is to join OASIS and select "OSLC Member Section" on the Membership Agreement. After your organization joins, you and an unlimited number of your co-workers may participate in OSLC and in any OASIS Technical Committees.
Note: Any OASIS member is free to join an OSLC Technical Committee; you do not have to be employed by an OSLC Supporter to do so.
Cost of membership
OASIS offers a wide range of membership options and dues designed to ensure that all those affected by open standards have a voice in their creation. There is no additional fee for OASIS members to participate in OSLC.
